2. Digital Content and Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers may cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the order date, provided that the licence key has not been redeemed or used for activation. Once a key has been redeemed or linked to a device or account, the right to cancel no longer applies.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be granted if the licence key has not been activated. ProKeys may perform technical verification to confirm activation status. Refunds are not available where activation has already occurred.

4. Faulty or Non-Working Keys
If you encounter an activation issue and the key is confirmed to be faulty, ProKeys will provide a replacement at no cost. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued. Customers must cooperate with basic troubleshooting to allow verification.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact support@prokeys.uk with your order number and any relevant information. Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Timeframe
Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after eligibility is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
