Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction
These terms govern the purchase of digital products made available via the ProKeys.uk online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products and Delivery
ProKeys supplies software activation licence keys and supporting installation guides. Software use is governed by the relevant manufacturer’s terms. Delivery is digital only, sent to the email address provided at checkout. Under normal circumstances, delivery is automatic within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases (e.g., payment verification or system delays), delivery may take longer.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The amount shown at checkout is the total payable; no additional fees are charged by ProKeys for delivery of digital items.
4. Payment
Payment must be made using the secure methods offered on our website. Products are delivered only after payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed.
5. Returns & Right to Cancel (Digital Content)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the order date provided the licence key has not been redeemed (used for activation). To exercise your right to cancel, email support@prokeys.uk. Important: Once a licence key has been redeemed or associated with a device/account, your right to cancel and obtain a refund no longer applies. Where activation status is unclear, ProKeys may carry out a technical verification to confirm whether the key has been used.
6. Warranty & Support
All licence keys are supplied with a functionality guarantee. If you are unable to complete activation due to a key-related issue, we will replace the key after verification. Our guides are intended to assist with installation and activation on the relevant platform. We provide after-sales and technical support to help you complete activation, but this does not replace the official technical support offered by software manufacturers.
7. Usage, Guidance & Compliance
Our guides may include links to publicly available resources to assist with uninstallation, installation, or activation. Any third-party utilities or software referred to are developed and licensed by their respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any software complies with the applicable licence terms (e.g., Retail, Volume, Education). If in doubt, consult the manufacturer’s official licence terms before use. All product names, brands and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Personal Data
We process personal data solely for order fulfilment, customer communication and legal compliance, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or necessary for payment processing and order delivery. You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by contacting support@prokeys.uk.
9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact support@prokeys.uk and we will aim to resolve it promptly. We may also provide details of an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider upon request. Note: The EU ODR platform does not apply to UK-only transactions.
